Stay fit with a new outfit

The Olympic games are over and it's time to turn off the TV, get off the couch and start exercising.
This, at least, is one of our after-summer-vacation resolutions.
As you already know, we are somehow fussy about our looks, even in the gym, so we decided to renew our training wardrobe.
We started at Nike store in Stanford Shopping Center to check out what's new.

A new swimsuit for my summer vacation

I'm going on vacation soon. Unfortunately, before I go, I still have a task of getting myself a new swimsuit. I hate that process, especially the fitting , when I usually find myself locked up inside a fitting room with a zillion kinds of swimsuits scattered around, trying to squeeze into each one
of them and ending up with the same determination to lose a few pounds ASAP.
In order to minimize the frustration, I decided (in addition to starting a new diet...) to do some research on the web first. Read more about my research so far.
