Lots of Cardigans

Cardigans are the best layering solution for chilly days. When we consider cardigans and tank tops we automatically think: "the more the better".
Looking for more cardigans, we decided to check out Anthropologie in Palo Alto and we weren't disappointed - we found a great collection of cardigans to choose from.
Our favorites are the open cardigans and we picked several of those.

American Eagle Sweater Hoodies

Yesterday we told you about American Eagle lace tank tops that we loved.
When we bought them we were also looking for matching sweaters to wear on top. Well, we really liked (and got of course) the Eagle Sweater Hoodie.
It is solid colored, there is a nice selection of colors so it's easy to find your favorite and match it to a tank top, and they are warm and comfortable.

American Eagle lace tank tops

We were hanging out in San Francisco the other day, browsing the shelves and hangers in some of our favorite stores, looking for new items for the cold season.
The great selection of lace tank tops at American Eagle caught our eye. They have several different designs, both solid colored and printed. The tank tops are long enough, so they are great for layering with a warm sweater on top.

Wrap yourself in warmth

We found these lovely wraps last week, when we were just hanging out at Santana Row.
It was a chilly cloudy day so naturally, we started looking at the new fall collections.
And sure enough, we found the Wrap Hoddie Cardigan at Ann Taylor LOFT store.
It is made of Angora blend so they are very soft. They have a very flattering cut which gives you a slimmer silhouette.

On our last visit to the Banana Republic store in Stanford Shopping center we came across some simple and yet very flattering tops.
Most of these tops are on sale now, they're made of soft fabric and each of them has an interesting and unique design.

We were hanging out at Santana Row in San Jose the other day.
As usual, we stopped by Urban Outfitters for a sneak peek at their collection.
We love that store and haven't been there for a while. Well, as always, they had some great stuff that we couldn't resist. We came out with several casual camis that had our names written all over them.

Rouge boutique

This time we were hanging out in Rouge Boutique for a while. We love their stuff and we always stop there, even for a few minutes.
One piece we chose to show you today are the 12th Street Halter Top by 12th street, which has a funky but elegant bow detailing in the front and a great gold metallic sheen on top of an olive green color.

My charming Pointelle Cardigan

I got this amazing Pointelle Cardigan as a gift from a very good friend.
It's a perfect piece to wear on top of a long, solid color, tank top for an evening out.
Mine is an ivory color, so I am looking to buy a matching ivory tank for it - any suggestions where to look ?

Cardigans for Spring days

It's still Spring time and the temperatures can be quite chilly on a cloudy day.
Therefore, we still need to wear a light cardigan or a jacket.
Gap's Spring collection has some nice casual cardigans in several colors and designs. We chose couple of cropped length cardigans for layering or wearing above a dress and a long one for all purposes.
